Q. What type of power supply does the TabletCARD require?
A. The TabletCARD connects to a standard ATX power supply through a 20-pin ATX power socket and requires +12V, +5V and +3.3V for its operation.

Q. Is a CMOS backup battery supported on the TabletCARD?
A. The TabletCARD integrates a vanadium-pentoxide lithium VL1220 type rechargeable coin battery that provides backup power to the CMOS RAM and RTC.

Q. Can I interface a battery management module to the TabletCARD?
A. Yes. The TabletCARD brings out the LPC Bus/SMBus/GPIO and power signals to the mezzanine expansion and power headers respectively to enable OEMs to design and interface their battery management module to the TabletCARD.
