What are the prerequisites for selling iNetSec Inspection Center ® (e.g. reseller years in business, size, technical expertise, headcount, etc.)?

There are currently not mandated requirements for candidacy in the iNetSec partner program. We are seeking IT channel partners that have experience with networking and/or security.

What is the price point of the product? What kind of discount does the reseller earn (percentage)?

Please contact us re: additional information about iNetSec’s competitive pricing for your customers and some of the most favorable pricing for our channel partners in the industry.

Who provides technical support: iNetSec or the reseller?

The expectation is that the partner provides tier 1 support and that iNetSec serves the partner with tier 2 and tier 3 support. iNetSec will provide direct support to end customers and partners until the partner has had time to come up to speed.

Does the reseller receive a percentage of annual maintenance? If so, how much?

Yes – we are truly committed to a partnership with our channel partners and will provide a highly competitive compensation for all registered/unregistered deals – including maintenance.

What kind of training is offered to the reseller by iNetSec? At what cost? 

iNetSec offers both web-based and in-person training for partners at no additional cost. 
This training is both for product engineering and product sales.

Must the reseller be ‘certified’ in the use of the product?

No – there is currently no certification program or certification requirement.

Will iNetSec provide market development funds (MDF) for seminars, advertising, etc? 

Yes – iNetSec will provide MDF to partners – accrued individually at a percentage rate of sales revenue to iNetSec.

Will iNetSec provide the reseller with sales collateral? If so, how many pieces and of what kind? Is this free of charge, or is there a cost per thousand? 

Yes – iNetSec will provide the partner marketing and sales collateral to include product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and competitive sales cheat sheets in digital – free of charge.

Is there a 30/60 day evaluation program available of the software (for prospects)?

Do reseller partners get leads from iNetSec?  How does iNetSec disseminate leads? 

Yes – iNetSec disseminates qualified leads to partners. Priority is given to partners based on factors such as revenue performance, geography, specialty, and prospect preference.

 What kind of revenue commitments are required to receive each level of discount? 

There are no revenue commitments or performance-based discount levels in the iNetSec partner program at this time.
