How it Works

The PFU iNetSec Inspection Center® solution is deployed virtually via VMware and does not require any new hardware to be installed on the existing network. By providing the iNetSec Inspection Center as virtual appliance, administrators can count on high availability, scalability and easy configuration.

iNetSec® can be installed and operational with a few simple steps

• Simply load the server software image as a virtual appliance
• Install sensor software on network computers
• Configure the simple settings

iNetSec currently supports the following versions of VMware:

• VMware^® vSphere™ 4.0, 4.1 and 5.0
• VMware^® vSphere Hypervisor™ (based on ESXi 4.1 and 5.0)
• VMware^® ESXi 4.0 and 4.1
