PFU Systems’ Media Engine™ is
a highly-integrated, ultra-compact single board
computer for cost sensitive, low power, media-rich
embedded and mobile applications.
The Media Engine™ is based on the Intel® XScale® RISC microarchitecture featuring 128MB of SDRAM and 64MB of Flash memory, Intel® Wireless MMX™ Technology and a large number of integrated peripherals. In addition to the processor integrated LCD display controller, Media Engine™ includes an on-board Intel® 2700G Multimedia Accelerator with its own 32MB of video memory for low power, high performance graphics and video acceleration.
The peripheral interfaces on the Media Engine™ include Fast Ethernet, LCD, Touch Screen, Stereo Audio, USB, CompactFlash, SD Card, Serial, SPI, I2C, Microphone Input, and General Purpose I/O.
The Media Engine™ is available preloaded with Microsoft® Windows® CE 5.0 or Linux Bootloader.
